Specific responsibilities

· Responsibilities include a strong understanding of Excel. 

· Student needs to be able to do V-look ups.

· Responsible for comparing two excel spreadsheets and detect differences from both and report it.                                   

Qualifications

· Bachelor student in marketing or administration.

· Must demonstrate excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and will have a keen       

     understanding of the seniors’ market.

· Flexibility in working hours to meet client and Residence needs.

· Must be proactive, self-disciplined, and able to demonstrate a high level of productivity.

· Direct knowledge of marketing sales techniques is mandatory.

· Expert in Excel.

· Bilingual.
